Deep rest facilitates healthful digestion, sleep, immune function, muscular repair, and even emotional processing. Touch is one of the most powerful ways to access your own internal healing capabilities. Join Julie and Haley for a deeply relaxing, stress-melting experience that combines restful Restorative yoga and delightful, gentle Thai massage. Rest in the most comfortable positions possible supported by plenty of props, and then go deep into the healing experience of a nervous system calmed and supported by hands-on work from both Haley and Julie.

We offer this workshop at the studio on an occasional basis, but you can commission this two-hour long experience for yourself and a group of people you would like to share it with. The cost is $500+tax, and you choose how many people you would like to bring. The fewer people that come, the more attention you get from the two of us:

Ultra Deluxe: five people, each with four bolsters, four blankets, and poses that can only be done with those props. ($100/person)
Super Deluxe: Seven people, three bolsters each. ($71.50/person)
Deluxe: Ten people, two bolsters each, much like the workshop we already offer ($50/person)
Simple and Sweet: One bolster each, no wall, a lovely restorative experience ($31.25/person)

Everyone is welcome to this gentle practice; no particular experience or level of ability is required other than being able to sit and lie down on the ground. Just let us know if you are working with any issues.

Email to discuss scheduling options. The workshop must happen between classes at the studio; see the schedule here:
