Most of our classes come with a complimentary Bonus Class you can use to take another class on the schedule during your session or bring a friend with you to class (space permitting). Enroll online using the schedule to take an extra class. If you’d like to bring a friend, email julie@oceanandcrow.ca with their name and email address and the date you’d like to bring them.

You can drop in to most classes for $21 or sign up for a full session to ensure your spot and your commitment in the class and save (prices vary). Our Unlimited Access Pass gives you access to everything (except Yoga for Resilient, Embodied Well-Being), which is valued at the cost of two sessions plus two drop ins, so it's ideal for taking class twice a week or more.
