Haley Plaa has been dedicated to movement since she was a young child. From moving freely in her family home to moving with precision on stage, the practice has laid a deep foundation within her bones. Experiencing and experimenting with different modalities of motion and energy, she offers a practice of intelligent, dynamic, intuitive movement. She is trained in Hatha, Moksha, Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Sensitive and Thai Massage. Her classes have an emphasis on exploring breath in movement or stillness, bridging the gap between body and mind, to find balance in a seemingly disconnected world.

Natalie Ramsay is a dream folk singer and guitarist. Her songs are alluring and melancholic and speak deeply to those who listen. Her music is described as haunting yet healing and can send students deeper into their yoga practice.
