Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it may not always feel like the most accessible practice when you have a full body. This six session series is for all of you full bodied folks out there who would like a safe space to play, explore, and ask questions. The course is designed for folks who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes and would like to learn some modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the practice has to offer, but it's open to any level of experience. Join Helen to play, learn, and gain tools to jump into any yoga class with confidence and ease!

Helen found yoga at the tender age of 31, and continues to be inspired by the myriad of benefits it has brought to her life. Having completed her 200 hour training in 2012, she completed her 500 hour certification in Summer 2015. Helen’s classes offer you the opportunity to work hard, focus on your breath and above all, she reminds you not take it all so seriously. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share this practice with anyone who expresses an interest, especially those who, like herself, did not see themselves as yogis in this lifetime.
